Purpose and access
Communication Coach offers informal practice in clear explanations, listening, reading comprehension, clarification, and constructive disagreement. It is intended for working professionals at any career stage. The current prompts are free to use, require no separate coach account, and involve no purchase or payment to the publisher.
Use the practice links on the coach page or copy the prompts into an AI service you can access. No separate coach installation is required.
Using the materials
You may copy and adapt the published exercise prompts for your own practice and internal team learning. Retain credit to GG Nagarkar when redistributing the prompts. This permission does not transfer ownership of the site, branding, or other articles, and does not imply endorsement of your organisation or service.
Use material you are authorised to share and follow your organisation’s rules. Do not use the coach to impersonate people, expose confidential information, harass others, or misrepresent informal feedback as a professional credential.
AI feedback and your judgment
AI-generated scenarios and feedback can be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. Compare corrections with the original brief, distinguish stated facts from assumptions, and use your judgment. Fictional exercises are not factual accounts of real organisations or events.
The coach is not a validated assessment, certification, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advisory service. Do not use its ratings as evidence for hiring, promotion, disciplinary, or other consequential decisions about people. Research informing an exercise does not establish that this coach has been experimentally validated or guarantees improvement.
Third-party services
ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI services are independent providers. Their account requirements, age eligibility, policies, fees, availability, and usage limits apply. You must meet the requirements of the service you choose. The publisher is not acting on behalf of OpenAI or Anthropic and cannot guarantee their features or continued access.
Progress, reminders, and availability
The current coach has no publisher-run progress database or built-in notification service. Keep your own progress summary or continue the same conversation. Set reminders separately in a supported scheduling service. New scenarios are generated when requested, but the coach cannot guarantee uniqueness across chats it cannot access.
The materials are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, particular results, or a response-time commitment. Exercises and availability may change. Nothing on this page limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
