Last updated: 20 October 2026. This notice covers Communication Coach and its pages on ggnagarkar.com. Publisher and privacy contact: GG Nagarkar (Gunanand Nagarkar), Pune, India, at ggnagarkar@gmail.com.
Practice conversations
The current coach consists of instructions and prompts. It has no publisher-run backend, account system, progress database, payment system, or analytics integration. It does not send your practice answers, recordings, transcripts, or progress summaries to a server operated by GG Nagarkar.
When you use a prompt in an AI service, that service processes your conversation. The practice links and prompts do not give the publisher access to your conversations. If you choose to send an excerpt to support, the publisher receives that excerpt as explained below.
Prefilled exercise links
When you select a ChatGPT or Claude practice button, the public exercise prompt is included in the destination URL so the service can fill its message box. The prompt may appear in browser history and be processed by the destination service. These links contain only the published instructions, not your answers or progress. Review the published prompt before opening the link. The destination service may prefill or automatically send it; the website does not control that behaviour. Copy prompt is available if you prefer to paste it manually.
Your AI provider
ChatGPT, Claude, and any other service you choose have their own account, recording, retention, training, security, and deletion policies. Those settings are not controlled by this coach. Employer-managed accounts may also be subject to your organisation’s policies.
Review OpenAI’s privacy policy, Anthropic’s Privacy Center, and the settings applicable to your account. Use the provider’s controls for chat-history or recording deletion. Deleting a local progress summary does not delete a provider’s copy.
This website
The coach pages are static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. They do not contain a practice submission form or publisher-added advertising, analytics, tracking cookies, or local-storage progress tracking. The copy button writes the selected prompt to your clipboard only after you click it; it does not read your clipboard.
Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to serve and secure the site. Those records are governed by their policies; the absence of publisher-added analytics does not mean no technical data is processed. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
Support messages
If you email support, GG Nagarkar receives your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. These are used to reply, investigate the reported issue, and handle your request. Email providers process delivery and storage under their own terms and settings. Support messages are separate from the AI practice session.
Send only the information needed to explain the issue, preferably a fictional or anonymised example. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning support messages, email the contact above. There is no fixed deletion schedule stated for support correspondence; ask about a specific message if you need its retention clarified. Applicable legal obligations and email-provider copies may affect deletion. The publisher cannot delete records held independently by your AI or hosting provider.
Sharing and your choices
This version has no publisher-run practice dataset to sell, publish, or share with employers. Keeping a progress summary, sending support excerpts, and sharing practice results with someone else are your choices. Do not put credentials, private customer information, sensitive personal information, or confidential company material into exercises.
Changes
If the coach adds publisher-run storage, analytics, accounts, or integrations, this notice will need to describe those practices before they are introduced. Check the date above when returning to the page. For questions, use support. See also the terms of use.
